Research suggests that 1/3,1/6 beta-Glucans help stimulate the immune system,  prevent and reverse allergies, improve exercise recovery times and a whole lot more. Beta-Glucans are found in high concentrations in our Coffee, Green Coffee, and our Teas.
Reishi mushrooms also known as Lingzhi or the "mushroom of immortality" have been used in eastern cultures for thousands of years and is highly regarded for its health benefits. Research suggests that consuming Reishi aids in jump starting your immune system, reducing blood pressure, aides in exercise recovery times, reduces long term inflammation, high in antioxidants, liver protection and allergy prevention.
According to the 2014 Mushroom & Health Report, there are no known allergies that have been reported when consuming Reishi Ganoderma. Most mushroom allergies come from consuming raw or uncooked mushrooms. When mushrooms are cooked it is extremely rare to have an allergic reaction.
